Sam Salituro, O.D., F.A.A.O
Dr. Salituro is a member of the American Optometric Association and has attained the prestige of becoming a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
Dr. Salituro serves as chief of staff, and while working with his associates, oversees patient care at VisionCare Specialists. Dr Salituro is also an Adjunct Professor at both the Illinois College of Optometry and Indiana University School of Optometry. Dr. Salituro has been practicing optometry for more than thirty two years, twenty one at this location, and looks forward to using his knowledge and experience to care for you
Forum Dave, O.D.
Dr. Forum Dave (pronounced Da-vay) is an associate at VisionCare Specialists who was chosen by Dr. Salituro because of her excellence. She also is a member of the American Optometric Association.
Dr. Dave completed her intern training here at VisionCare Specialists. Her progressive knowledge and excellent chairside manner are enjoyed and appreciated by both children and adults alike.

Gloria
Gloria orginally hails from the West Coast, but now calls Chicago her home. Gloria spent many years in a West Coast office specializing in LASIK surgery. She has familiarized herself with the various vision insurance plans and is willing to help clarify your benefits. Gloria has been a valuable team member at VisionCare for over 16 years.
Araceli
Araceli is a qualified optician and does her best to make sure your entire experience at VisionCare is a pleasant one. Araceli is fluent in Spanish and an important member of VisionCare.

Radhika grew up in Des Plaines and has been a valuable member of our team for nearly 10 years as she continues her schooling.
